We plan to restrict the participants’ number as 150. It is therefore advisable to send an early information on your participation and then complete the other formalities within the deadlines. The registration is independent of the submission of abstracts. The acceptance details of the abstract will be sent within 48 hrs of its receipt. The electronically signed formal invitation letter will be sent as an attached file. The original will be sent by post.

4.	Entry to the cultural evening
5.	Backwater boat trip (Vembanadu lake)
6.	Sightseeing programme on reduced rate for the accompanying person by the conference travel agent
