Conference proceedings would contain one-page abstracts of all lectures and posters. Abstracts can be submitted by mail or E-mail. The size limit of the text is one page (A4 size: printing area 6" x 9") including the title, names, affiliation and graphics regardless of the method of abstract submission. Underline the name of the person who will present the work. Preferred formats are MS Word for the text and JPEG or GIF for the graphic materials. Use Chem. Draw® (ACS format, reduce to 80%) for drawing chemical structures. Include a soft copy on disc along with abstracts sent by post. Prepare abstracts according to the guidelines and send them to the convener no later than July 31, 2012
CALL FOR PAPERS
AOP-2012 will feature plenary lectures, invited lectures, short presentations, young investigators presentation and poster presentation. A one page abstract of the respective presentations are requested. Participants who wish only to attend the conference without any paper contribution, may specifically mention this in their contact letter.
A two page extended abstract will be included in the conference proceedings in the following format (abstract is not preferred to be printed in the proceedings). Please do not mistake this with the publication. It will not have an ISSN number. However this will have all the status of a proceedings as per the UGC norms. We will think of publication of the entire submissions during the conference with the willingness of the contributors.
The presenters of all the accepted abstracts may submit a two page write-up of their work in the following format for inclusion in conference proceedings.

Figure Captions: Figures must be numbered using Arabic numerals. Figure captions must be in 10 pt TNR Regular font. Captions of a single line must be centred whereas multi-line captions must be justified.
Reference format: Authors’ name (year). Title. Journal name. Volume: Page number
